Globally, CVA is the most common cause of disability and death. Each year approximately 5.5 million people are killed by stroke. In Bangladesh stroke is the ‘third’ leading causes of death. Physiotherapy management is evidence-based treatment approach that has short-term and long-term effect on functional outcome in patients with CVA. The ICF play an important role in functioning and health for patient with stroke. A case-based study was conducted. The problem was found by implementing International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF).
